About Me!

Heyo, I'm Kumo!I typically go by Kumosaki, Kumo, or Rayne.I am a 24 year old artist with specialization in video game and cartoon characters. I create art out of passion, and returned back to digital art recently after a 2+ year hiatus. I am self taught and I primarily use procreate on the iPad pro. However, I hope to one day return to drawing on a professional tablet and PC.Outside of drawing, my interests are Gaming, Nintendo, Godzilla, Monster Movies, Homebrewing Consoles, Vocaloid, Anime, and collecting toys and figurines! I have a very busy personal life and online life, it's hard to juggle everything! But I enjoy what I do. •I do not work with anyone under the age of 18.
•You cannot use my work for any commercial use, AI, or as NFTs.
•I have the right to refuse business for any reason.
•The TOS can change at any time, however changes will not be retroactive.
•If the TOS is violated I will block, blacklist, and if necessary, report.🍄 PAYMENT
•Payments are to be made through PayPal and are in USD only.
•Payment must be made within 24 hrs after approving of the sketch or after approval of a quote for a larger piece. The entire payment must be made up front, I do not offer payment plans.🍄 REFUNDS
•If you the client request a refund, the portion of the payment refunded will depend on how much progress has been made. This will be up to my discretion as each scenario is unique.
•If I the artist need to cancel the commission at any point for any reason, you will be provided the full amount paid regardless of the progress made on the piece.🍄 COMMISSION PROCESS
•Please provide visual references of your character(s). If I am designing a custom character for you, you may provide as much or as little detail as desired.
•I will send updates at important progress points (sketch, linear, color, etc.) And will wait until approval on your end before continuing. Please make sure major changes are requested during the sketch and line art phases.
•Feel free to ask for updates at any point during the commission process. (Within reason.)
•I work a full-time job, so the amount of time each commission takes to be completed will vary. I tend to open commissions in small batches to prevent long wait periods.
•Please inform me beforehand if you have a deadline for the commission incase I cannot accommodate. I do not accept rush orders.🍄 USE OF COMPLETED ART
•Your commission is complete! You may use your finished piece for any purpose on social media. You may print your art or use it to produce merchandise for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not put my work into merchandise intended for sale.
•When posting finished work online, please credit me where appropriate. I do not have a preference on which of my platforms you choose to credit. Feel free to tag me as well!
•Please do not trace, copy, or alter my art in any form.
•Most importantly, have fun and enjoy!If anything is unclear, please don't hesitate to ask!

  • $80-$100

  • Scenes vary in price depending on complexity of the character(s) and background. I am happy to provide a quote. Price may exceed $100.

  • You may choose between lined or unlined, does not affect price.

🍄 Add-Ons

  • Additional characters are +50% base price

  • Large props are an extra $5-$10 depending on complexity

  • Characters with complicated designs may have a small complexity fee. This typically applies to armor or very cluttered outfits.

🍄 Reference Sheets

  • Base reference Sheets $80

  • Additional views are $20 each.

  • Additional head shots are $10

Standard ref sheet comes with two views, information bracket, small props/details, and color swatch. I am willing to provide up to 4 full body views for a reference sheet, and I can offer a variety of styles and layouts. I'm more than happy to provide a quote tailored to your exact preference.
☆You MUST have preexisting artwork of the character for me to go off of. I am happy to update designs for you if requested for no extra charge.

  • Extra Views are $20 each.

This is a special offer where I design a custom Koopa for you! By default it comes with one front view and shell view if desired.
